For regular weekday daycare, 2–3 days' notice is usually sufficient. For weekend stays and holidays, we recommend at least 1–2 weeks in advance. Summer and major holidays fill up quickly — the sooner you book, the better. Extended stays of 7+ days should be booked at least 2 weeks ahead.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for daycare cancellations and 72 hours for overnight or extended stays. Cancellations outside these windows are fully refunded. Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a 50% charge. We always try to work with you — just give us a call as early as possible.
Yes — all first-time guests complete a short temperament evaluation before their first official stay. This is a brief, low-pressure interaction where we assess your dog's comfort level with other dogs and our environment. It usually takes about 15–20 minutes and can often be done the same week as your first booking.
Absolutely. You can call us during business hours and we'll give you a personal update. We also proactively send daily photos, so most clients find they don't need to call — but you're always welcome to. We'd rather you feel completely at ease than wonder how things are going.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is due at pick-up for daycare, and at drop-off for boarding stays. We will provide a clear, itemized invoice with no surprise fees.
