Everything you need to know before your dog’s first stay.
What vaccinations does my dog need to board?
All dogs must have up-to-date Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Please bring records on your first visit or email them ahead of time. We recommend Bordetella every 6 months.
Do you accept puppies and senior dogs?
Yes! We welcome dogs of all ages. Puppies must have completed their full vaccination series. Senior dogs receive extra attention and care, and we’re happy to follow any special routines your older pup needs.
What happens if my dog gets sick during their stay?
Your dog’s health is our top priority. We will contact you immediately and, if needed, take them to a local veterinarian. We ask all guests to provide an emergency contact and their regular vet’s information at check-in.
Can I bring my dog's food, bed, and toys?
Absolutely. We encourage you to bring your dog’s own food to keep their diet consistent. A familiar blanket or toy from home is also welcome in our Deluxe and Premium suites. Please label all belongings.
How far in advance should I book for holidays?
For major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, 4th of July) we recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance. Regular weekends book up 1–2 weeks out. First-time guests should also schedule their free meet & greet before their intended stay date.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled drop-off receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be applied as a credit toward a future stay. Holiday reservations have a 7-day cancellation window.
